B200 double side key bitting machine is to do double side key‐bit bitting on key blanks. It equipped with several following functions: loading, dot matrix marking, double side bitting, burs scraping & chips brushing, and ringing & un‐loading to 6 box carousel.
CHF100 – Automatic Cylinder Housing Forming Machine
PRODUCT FEATURE
CHF100 is designed for drilling and cutting European Profile Cylinders (EPC) within 7 servo motors in sequence: cutting the length, drilling on both sides, milling a slot in the center, facing double sides of inner holes, and M5 hole drilling and tapping.
PF101 with PF1023 ‐Padlock Body Forming Machine (with auto‐feeding system)

PF101 bar feeder is designed for loading the brass bars into the first station of the padlock forming machine. PF1023 is designed for making padlock body depending on different Machine Size (approx.) of brass, it can automatically cut and transfer padlock body into the index and put body to appropriate location for sanding radius face, chamfering, marking and drilling.
DNC500 ‐ Padlock Body Drilling Machine
